摘要
试验选用 1日龄 Arbor Acres (AA)肉用仔鸡 1 80只 ,随机分成 6组 ,每组 3 0只。采用 2× 3因子设计 ,选用 0 .75%、 1 .2 5%两种钙水平 ,0、 50、 1 0 0 mg/kg三种锌添加水平 ;研究不同的 Met-Zn、Ca水平对肉用仔鸡的生理生化指标的影响。结果表明 ,饲粮高钙抑制锌在组织器官中的沉积 ,其中胰脏、肝脏变化幅度较大 (P >0 .0 5) ;此外 ,高钙还在一定程度上降低血清 AKP的活性 (P >0 .0 5)
Arbor Acres broilers were allotted to 6 groups randomly, a 2×3 factorial design was employed,and the diets were supplemented with 0 75%, 1 25% calcium and 0, 50, 100 mg/kg zinc (zinc methionine,Met Zn) respectively. Biochemical indexes were determined to evaluate the effect of different zinc calcium levels on broilers. The results showed that high level of calcium reduced the accumulation of zinc in most organs. Zinc contents of pancreas and tibia decreased more obviously (P>0.05),and the activity of serum AKP was reduced by calcium of 1.25% in diets (P>0.05).
