摘要
采用池栽土培试验研究了钾对不同生育期油菜干物质积累量和钾、钙、镁含量及吸收量的影响。结果表明 :( 1)施钾明显提高油菜植株的干物质积累量 ,施钾处理的油菜地上和地下部分的干物质积累量平均分别为不施钾处理的 1.3 5和 1.55倍。 ( 2 )施钾明显促进油菜对钾的吸收 ,同时促进其对钙和镁的吸收 ;施钾对油菜干物质积累量和钾含量影响的程度 ,地下部分大于地上部分 ,对钙和镁含量影响的程度 ,地上部分大于地下部分。 ( 3 )施钾对油菜钾、钙和镁吸收量影响的程度 ,都表现为地下部分大于地上部分。 ( 4 )油菜对钾、钙和镁的吸收总量中 ,地上部分平均分别占 92 %、97%和 94 %。
Micro plot trial was carried out to study the effect of K application on dry matter accumulation and the content and the absorption of K, Ca and Mg of oil rape. Results showed that, (1) K application obviously improved the dry matter accumulation.The dry matter amount of the plant and the root of oil rape in K application treatment was 35% respectively more than that in no K treatment.(2)Kapplication obviously improved the absorption of K.The dry matter accumulation,the content and the absorption of K,the absorption of Caand Mgof the root were greatly affected by K application than of the plant.The content of Ca and Mg of the plant was greatly affected by K application than of the root.(3)the absorption amount of K, Ca and Mg of the plant was 92%, 97% and 94% respectively of the total absorption amount.
