摘要
以 4个进口彩色海芋为材料 ,比较了不同种类抗生素、适宜抗生素的浓度对组织培养过程中内生菌抑制的影响。结果表明 ,2 0 0mg/L的青霉素GK对内生菌抑制的效果最为明显 ,且不影响组培苗的正常生长。
The effects of different kinds and concentrations of antibiotics in medium on inhibition of endophytic bacteria during calla tissue culture were compared using 4 calla cultivars. The results showed that medium supplemented with 200mg/L Penicillin GK could most efficiently inhibit bacteria growth without detriment to normal growth and rapid propagation of tissue cultured plants.
