摘要
用正丁醇诱导固氮菌孢囊形成 5 d,维氏固氮菌 (Azotobacter vinelandii)有 98%的细胞形成孢囊 ,圆褐固氮菌 (Azotobacter chroococcus)有 91%的细胞形成孢囊 .固氮菌孢囊为球形或卵圆形 ,直径 1.2~ 1.5 μm.其结构可明显分辨成三部分 :中心体 ,内壁层和外壁层 .成熟孢囊的中心体内含有聚 β-羟基丁酸盐颗粒 .内壁层密度小而宽 。
Within 5 days of induction with n butanol medium, 98% vegetative cells of Azotobacter vinelandii gave rise to cysts. 91% vegetative cells of Azotobacter chroococcus were converted to cysts. The cysts were spheroids or elliptical whose axe is 1.2 μm to 1.5 μm. Ultrastructures observation indicated that cyst was composed of the central body in the number of poly β hydroxybutyrate granules, an intine and an exine. The intine was a less electron and the exine has a complex multilayered lamellar structure.
