摘要
为保证变电站自动化系统监控主站的可靠性 ,文章提出将中央处理器的负载水平作为衡量其可靠性的重要指标 ,并在详细分析的基础上 ,给出了监控主站的信息资源平衡方法。文章还在介绍现场总线所具有的全数字化通信、分散控制、开放互连等优点的基础上 ,从现场工程实践出发 ,提出了电力市场环境对厂站自动化系统的技术要求 ,分析了现有厂站自动化系统的不足 ,提出了一种面向电力市场基于现场总线技术的变电站自动化系统方案 ,期望能妥善解决好目前厂站自动化系统相对封闭、功能重复、资金浪费。
In order to ensure the reliability of the monitoring and control host machine of a substation automation system,its CPU's load level can be used as an index for it.Based on detail analysis,the method for its information resource balance is given.While the field bus advantages of fully digitized communication,distributed control and open interconnection are introduced,the technical requirements of power market for substation automation system are proposed from site engineering practice.The shortcomings of current substation automation systems are analyzed,a substation automation system solution is suggested,which is based on field bus and faced to power market.It is expected to solve the problems of current substation automation systems,such as relatively enclosed,function duplicated,cost high,un expandable,information resources unbalanced,etc.
