摘要
电力新建改造工作力度加大 ,电力运行设备及线路更新较快 ,尤其是配电网系统 ,如何对其有效管理 ,保持相关资料的动态性和一致性 ,是一个重要课题。提出基于GIS的电力配电网线路综合管理系统的开发思路 ,目的是要提供一种能够对配电网线路及其设备实现动态管理的手段。通过采用现代数据库和网络技术 ,系统数据可以实现共享 ,提高其利用率和系统工作效率。对系统功能进行了简单描述 ,对系统开发步骤提出了自己的看法。
Nowadays,the changes of electric facilities and distribution lines are frequent along with the development of electric power system,especially power distribution system.It is important to effectively manage it and dynamically keep the consistency of relative information.The concept of synthetic management system of distribution system based on GIS is presented,which supports the dynamic management of its lines and facilities.The data can be shared with network and database technologies to increase the utilization and efficiency.The system functions and developing steps are discussed.
