摘要
模拟电力市场调度运营技术支持系统是为适应电力市场的发展需要而开发的一套自动化管理系统 ,该系统的采用全面实现了调度工作的全自动化 ,另一方面也为地区供电公司准确上报购电计划提供了有力的保障 ,取得了很好的经济与技术效益 ,本文结合辽阳供电公司的开发实践 ,介绍了系统的实现 ,包括硬件配置 ,主要应用软件 。
Simulative Electricity Market Dispatching Operation Technique Support System is a automatical management system which is to meet the development of electricity market.The application of the system brings out a lot of economical and sosal benefits which on one hand makes the dispatching work become automative,on the other hand provides an efficient way to report the plan beforehand.In this paper,according to the devoloping experience of Liao Yang Electric Company,the configuration,the main software and the effect of the system are present.
