TNY2 56系列为目前国际上新开发的微型单片开关电源集成电路 ,它适合制作高效率、低成本、 19W以下的微型化开关电源 ,可广泛用于待机电源和高档家电中。介绍了其性能特点、工作原理及典型应用。
TNY256 family is the miniature switching power supply IC that is recently developed in the international. It is fit for making the high efficiency, low cost, below 19W miniature switching supply and can be used in standby power supply and high standard electric appliances. In the paper its characteristic function, operating principle and typical application is introduced.
