This paper analyzes the problems of lining plates in ball mill easy to occur during operation, such as: broken of lining plate fastening bolts, broken of end plate contacting solenoid tube, fastener screws broken by forcing, deformation of ball mill end covers, and loosen or broken bolts of manhole cover, etc, and proposes relevant solutions based on practical experience, which reached good results ,and it eliminates the problem coal powder.leakage, and in saving labor and financial resources for maintenance.
