双电压合成矩阵变换器特性与电压扇区的关系分析 被引量:46

摘要 在双电压合成矩阵变换器中 ,需要将每个周期内的输入、输出电压划分成若干扇区。根据不同的划分方法 ,扇区的形状可以是S形或X形。首先对双电压合成方程的一般形式及占空比的计算方法进行了改进。然后研究了输入、输出电压扇区形状的四种组合即 {X ,X}、{X ,S}、{S ,X}、{S ,S}。针对每一种组合研究了矩阵变换器特性与相应扇区组合的关系。这些特性包括“原点开关”的存在性、最大电压增益及输入电流波形。通过分析比较得出 ,最佳输入、输出电压扇区组合是 {S ,X}。这种组合存在“原点开关” ,便于实现 ,能够同时获得最大的电压增益和对称的正弦输入电流 ,功率因数可以达到 1。通过仿真分析验证了结论的正确性。 The input and output voltages in matrix converter based on two voltage synthesis are supposed to be divided into some sectors in each period. In different divisions, the voltage sectors have two kinds of shapes: shape S and shape X . First, the general form of equation for synthesizing voltage and the calculation of duty cycle is improved in the paper. Second, the four combinations of shapes of input and output voltage sector{ X,X},{X,S},{S,X},{S,S} are studied.Furthermore, in each combination, the relationships between the voltage sectors and the performances of matrix converter are studied. The performances include the existence of the 'original switch', the maximum voltage gain and waveform of the input current. By analysis and comparison, the best combination of shapes of input and output voltage sectors is found to be { S,X} .The 'original switch' exists in this combination and easy to implement .At the same time the maximum voltage gain and symmetrical sinusoidal input current is gained and the power factor can be unit. Last, the validity of the conclusions is demonstrated by simulation.
