在我国“聋哑英语”的现象普遍存在。造成此现象的原因是语言环境 ,学习动机 ,语言输入和情感因素。而在多媒体发达的今天 ,“视听说”教学正好为学习者创造了一个良好的外语学习环境和提供大量有意义的语言输入。学习者在视听后能进行一系列“说”的活动。在进行“视听说”的教学过程中 ,教师还需要调动学习者的各种情感因素 ,使到学习者敢于开口 ,乐于开口说英语。

This paper surveys the causes for'deaf and dumb'English and focus on how to improve learners'listening and speaking ability. In China language environment and motivation are the main factors to affect foreign language learning success. To solve the problem'deaf and dumb', it's necessary to improve learning environment and motivate learners.The comprehensible input,the audio-oral-visual instruction and the development of emotion are proposed to facilitate the English learning
