摘要
本文在综述我国外语电化发展状况的基础上，结合现代教育信息技术的发展，讨论了外语电化教学发展的特征，外语教学信息化，探讨了外语电化教学的理论基础和外语电化教学的发展趋势。
The paper briefly sums up the development of technology in foreign language teaching and learning and via the summary, and based on modern information technologies in education, foreign language informmanization , new developing character for TFLTAL and its theories and developing trends are discussed.
