摘要
本文介绍解放军外国语学院适应新形势要求,初步完成从"电教中心"到"教育技术中心"的转变;在深入理解现代教育技术的内涵、实质的基础上,分析当前高校教学改革的特点,思考教育技术中心在高校中的地位和作用.明确进一步实现从"电教中心"到"教育技术中心"深层次转变的工作重点和发展方向.
This article gives us an introduction about the change from the 'Audio-Visual Center' to the 'Educational Technology Center' in PLA Foreign Languages University. It analyses the features of teaching and learning reforms and the role that educational technology plays in colleges and universities. It also clearly defines the task and developing trend for further realization of the deep change from the 'Audio-Visual Center' to the 'Educational Technology Center'.
