摘要
通过对目前地方工科院校毕业生择业与就业情况的调研,提出毕业生择业愿望满足率这个概念,并通过满足率的分析,有针对性的做好地方工科院校毕业生就业工作提出一些意见。
Through survey on present career choice and em- ployment condition of graduates in local engineering colleges and universities,in connection with the analysis on the expec- tation rate on college graduates career choosing,this paper offers some constructive advice on the employment work of graduates in local engineering colleges and universities.
