Human-Based Performance Research——On Moral Problem of Educational Performance Research

教师是教育行动研究的主体。教育行动研究的特征包括实践性、反思性和协同性。教育行动研究涉及 4个方面之间的伦理关系 :教师与行政组织 (学校 )之间、教师与研究者之间以及教师与学生之间。

Teachers are the main body of educational performance research which consists of natures of practice, reflection and coordination, and is related to four moral relations such as the relation between teachers and organizations(schools), the relation between teachers and researchers, the relations between teachers and teachers and between teachers and students. It also involves the reform of education of teachers.
