摘要
在班级里学生心理上会产生两种形式的情感体验 :群体归属感和群体认同感 ,这使学生往往对班集体内外发生的重大事件保持一致的看法和情感 ,采取一致的行动和态度 ,从而使班级表现出人格化特征。班级人格化管理有利于建设良好的班风、学风。营造学生健康成长的环境 。
Students in class tend to produce two emotionally psychological experiences: the sense of group relegation and the sense of group identity, which makes the students keep the same opinion and emotion towards the major events inside and outside their class, take the same action and attitude so that they can indicate the characteristics of personification at class level. The good management of personification at class level can benefit the construction of class discipline and academic atmosphere. The establishment of environment for students to make progress can ensure the realization of teaching aim.
