教育的核心是人 ,它要关怀的是人的完善、人的发展。从终极意义上看 ,教育就应当按照人的尺度来进行。本文针对当代社会重“成才”轻“成人”这一突出问题 ,提出了重温苏霍姆林斯基教育思想 ,把握其精神实质的重要性 ,从“成人”这一新的角度概括了其教育思想 。

The nucleus of education is mankind.What it co nc erns about is the perfection and development of human.From its ultimate signific ance,education should be operated according to man.In this paper,the author po ints out the importance of reviewing Suhomulingsky's educational thought and hol ding its spirit essense in the light of the serious problem of thinking highly o f 'talented man accomplishment' and despising' person cultivation' in the pres ent society.The author also summarizes its educatinal thought from the new angle of 'person cultivation' and expounds it connecting with practice.
