摘要
学校领导集体素质的提高是全面实施素质教育的前提 ,要提高学校领导集体的素质就必须优化组合其性格结构、专业结构、知识结构、能力结构、年龄结构 。
The improvement of university leading group's quality is the premise of carrying out the pan qualitative educational plan.This paper will discuss the improvement of the university leading group's quality in terms of character,academic ability,knowledge and age,so as to administer the university more efficiently.
