唐代对外开放的特征及历史意义

The trait and value of the Tang government's opening to the world

本着和平共存的精神 ,唐代实行了对外开放政策。在对外开放中 ,唐朝充分利用国际人才以及经济资源 ,有力地推动了唐代社会发展。因为对外开放 ,不仅使唐廷能准确把握世界态势 ,而且形成了东亚中华文化圈 ,使中华社会有了新的环境依托 ;还使唐代社会产生了新的经济基础与文化价值 ,决定了此后中华社会发展的基本走势。

With the diplomatism of being peaceful and friendly, the Tang government was opening in all fields to the world throughout the Tang dynasty. Under the perfect open system, the Tang government made good use of the international talented person and economic resources.As a result,so the accelerated development occurred in the Tang dynasty. Because of the open to the world, the Tang government could be able to catch up with the international situation, and the Confucian culture area in East Asia and a new economic base and cultural value appeared.So China entered a new seedtime after the Tang dynasty. That was the contribution of the Tang government's opening policy.
