The effects of '3+X' mode of university entrance examination are made by means of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis in this article.On the basis of these analytic effects,the author points out that the '3+X' mode of university entrance examination will help an university in both freshman picking and enlarging the authorities of self running.As far as the quality orientated education of high school is concerned,there are mostly positive effects and,its few negative effects can be eliminated by relevant measures.
