个人投资教育是为了获取投资收益。个人教育投资收益有两种 :货币收益和身份收益。市场经济要求个人的教育投资收益应以货币收益为主。我国的个人教育投资收益结构中货币收益比重太小。为了提高人力资本的使用效率 ,使教育更好地为经济发展服务 。

The purpose of personal education investment is to obtain profits.There are two kinds of profits money and social status for personal education investment.Money is the main profit for personal education investment in market economy.The proportion of money in personal education investment profit structure is little in China.In order to increase the efficiency of human capital,to make education better serve economy,we must reform so as to increase the proportion of money in the whole profit structure of personal education investment.
