摘要
本文在明确人力资源价值内涵的同时,分析了人才是人力资源中知识、技术水平较高,劳动技能较高,因而也是承担较复杂劳动的部分,是创新劳动的主体。在此基础上提出了知识创新是人力资源价值的主要源泉的观点。结合定量描述以及人才资源与人力资源价值的比较,提出了创新是实现人力资源价值增殖的惟一途径的结论。
This paper holds that trained personnel is the main body of innovation who bear the complicated labor, and makes clear the meaning of the value of human resources. On the basis of the above-mentioned points, the author puts forward that the value of human resources rests with innovation. By means of the comparative value research of human resources and trained personnel resources, it is concluded that innovation is the only way for the value of human resources to rise.
