非均衡的工业化发展战略是我国产业结构变动失衡的一个深层原因。在新时期的经济背景下 ,非均衡的工业化发展战略已不适应新形势下经济发展的要求 ,一种更适合我国经济发展的战略———信息化发展战略应运而生。本文详细分析了信息化发展战略的含义及其优越性 ,并对如何以信息化发展战略指导我国当前产业结构调整提出了建议。

The unbalanced industrialized development strategy is a deep cause that makes the Chinese industrial structures change unbalanced. Under the economic background of the new situation, the unbalanced industrialized development strategy has not adapted to the demands of the economic development of the new situation, and so the informationalized development strategy -a kind of strategy which is fitter for the Chinese economic development-is growing up. In the article the concept of the informationalized development strategy and its advantages are described deaiedly, and some suggestions are pointed out on how to apply the informationalized development strategy to guide the adjustment of the Chinese industrial structure in the new situation.
