摘要
本文以韩国社会发展历程为线索 ,探讨了大韩民国建国以来在历史中渐次形成的学校公民素质教育的四个特征 :注重普遍提高公民文化素质、不断强化国民精神教育、突出培养公民创新精神和坚持造就民主和世界公民。指出韩国学校公民素质教育的历程充分体现了韩国社会进步发展的历史轨迹 ,随着韩国社会政治和文明形态变化发展 ,韩国公民教育在学校教育中将占据越来越重要的地位。
Based on the clues in the social development in South Korea, this eassy probes into the four characteristics of the education on citizens quality in schools in Shouth Korea, which had been developed in the course of history gradually since South Korea was established as a nation. The four characteristics are as following: raising citizens culture quality widely , intensifing the education on the spirit of the subject constantly, giving prominence to innovative inspirit and preparing citizen for democratic and world conmunity. The eassy pionts out that the historical process of education on citizens quality incarnates the development of society in South Korea wholly. With the transition in modes of political system and civilization, the education on citizens quality will paly more impotant role in South Koreas society.
