Reflections on Peasants’ Burden Problem

农民负担指农业税、乡村征收的费用及其他集资或摊派。其问题的症结在于负担的不合理性 ,解决的根本途径在于改革财政税收政策 ,加快“费改税”步伐 ,精简农村地方政府和组织机构 ,提高村民自治水平。

Peasants’burden refers to the tax of agriculture and other kinds of fee levied by rural governments or other departments.The fundamental cause of the problem is due to the unreasonable burdens.To solve this problem,financial policies and organ of governments should be reformed.
