Electronic business affairs are pounding the traditional enterprise production organizations and ways of management,because policies laws and regulations are unfit for the changed requirements and ways of distribution of materials .In order to develop electronic business affairs,it is necessany to break the management system of trades,reinforce the study and making of laws and regulations,promote the socialization of the distribution of materials and perfect the payment system of commercial credit payment.
