高校人事分配制度改革中应当重视的几个问题

高校人事分配制度改革应加大宣传教育力度 ,加强思想政治工作 ,进一步解放思想 ,转变观念 ;科学合理地设置各类岗位 ;同时做好开源节流工作与落实转岗分流人员工作 ,并加强考核 ,兑现奖惩。

In the reform of personnel distridution system of the institution of higher learning we should further more strenghthen propaganda and education,ideological and political work,emancipate the mind and change senses,set up posts scientifically and reasonably,open up the resoureces and regulate the flow,do well the work of transforming posts and scattering dispositions,strictly carry out examination and check and implement the system of reward and penalty.
