:1995年国际排联对规则进行重大修改 ,本文针对规则的修改进一步解析新规则给排球技战术带来的变化 ,同时提出在训练、比赛中应注意的问题及指导思想 ,以提高排球运动队整体技、战术水平 ,尽快适应今后排球比赛的要求。

International rule of volleyball match had been modified greatly from 1995.Because this new rule shall effect technique and tactics,it is analyzed in the paper.It is attend to what concerns training,matching and directing for the future vollgyball game.
