摘要
本文报告我科1963年至1988年间20例经病理证实的重复癌。同时性重复癌5例,异时性重复癌15例。第一癌以子宫颈癌最多,第二癌肺和胃癌各4例。近期疗效完全缓解60%,部分缓解15%。远期疗效3年以上生存率25%。目前存活8例,占总数的40%。本文对发病原因、年龄及治疗进行了初步探讨。认为第二癌的及时确诊及积极治疗,仍能取得较好的疗效。
According to the criteria of Wallen and Gates,20 cases of multiple primary cancer are reported.The diagnosis of each case was confirmed by pathology.The clinical information and the treatment are presented together with a discussion of cause.The results show that early diagnosis and treatment of secondary cancer,may improve the prognosis.
