乙酰胆碱酯酶活性中心肽片段的模拟——小肽的合成

STUDIES ON THE ANALOGUES OF ACT VE CENTRIC PEPTIDE FRAGMENT OF ACETYLCHOLINESTERASE—— SYNTHESES OF SMALL PEPTIDES

本文根据乙酰胆碱酯酶活性中心肽片段的结构,以丝氨酸为中心,辅以对水解乙酰胆碱有影响的氨基酸残基,合成了6个小肽类似物。其中间体皆通过元素分析和波谱分析证实,最终产物通过氨基酸组分分析证实。

In order to search for polypeptide possessing biological activity of acetylcholinesterase, six small peptides in which the serine was regarded as active centre were designed and syn- thesized. The structures of all protected peptide intermediates were determined by elemental and spectral analyses.The dipeptide and tripeptide analogues were proved by amino acid compo- nent analyses.The cyclic dipeptide was identified by elemental analysis.
