摘要
本实验室曾对丝裂霉素 C(MC)诱发人血培养物的细胞遗传效应进行过观察,在此基础上我们研究了 MC 诱发 CHL 细胞染色体畸变的量效关系。CHL 细胞经不同剂量 MC 处理后,畸变细胞、染色单体断裂(ctb)、单体互换(cte)、易位(t)及总畸变(%)等5项指标随 MC 浓度升高而增加。为进一步检验和描述这5个指标与 MC 浓度的关系,我们用最小二乘法,以 y=c+αx、y=c+αx+βx^2、y=cx~α3个模型,分别对这5个指标进行了回归分析,上述3个模型都可得到具有显著意义的回归参数,根据 F值及相应概率 p 值,p 值从小到大三者次序为:模型1、模型2、模型3。
The observation of cytogenetic effects induced by mitomycin C(MC)on human blood cultures in vitro had already been compared in this laboratory.Based on these observations we studied the dose-effect relationship of chromosome aberrations induced by MG on CHL cells.Five indicators of CHL cells treated with MG including the aberrant cell,chromatid break,chromatid exchange,translocation and total aberrations(%)increased with the in- creasing concentrations of MC.In order to examine and describe the relationship among these five indicators and the MC concentrations,three equations,y=c+αx,y=c+αx+βx^2 and y=cx~α were used,we handle the experimental results of these five indicators by statistical least square method.According to F test and its probability the significant regres- sion parameters can be obtained by all three models.P values of model one to three are 0.0010,0.0166,0.0231 respectively.
