摘要
用颈动脉左心室导管术,测定了45只氨基甲酸乙酯麻醉猫心肌收缩性能和通气功能指标,以及这些指标在150 min内的动态变化,麻醉45min内,V_(max)和V_(max)的正常值分别为4.36±0.69和2.59±0.42ML/s;±dp/dt_(max)分别为811.8±215.3和478.7±135.5kPa/s;RV、RF、IFR的正常值分别是1655±680ml/min、112±33次/min及113±32ml/s。动态观察表明,麻醉60min后动物HR加快,心肌收缩能力增强,R-dp/dt_(max)缩短, LVSP升高,但CABF和RV、RF等随时间的推移而下降。两类功能指标无显著的性别差异,但HR、LVDP、CVP、IFR和RV与体重有显著的相关性。增加血容量,提高前负荷,心搏量增加,而且提高心肌收缩性能指标。
The indices of myocardial contractility and respiratory function were measured in 45 urethane anesthetized closed-chest cats by left ventricular catheterization via the carotid artery. The normal average values of V_(max) V_(pm) ±dp/dt_(max) were 4.36±0.39ML/s. 2.50±0.41ML/s, 811.8±215.3kPa/s and 478.7±135.5kPa/s respectively. The average values of respiratory indices were as follows: RV 1655±680ml/min. RF 112±33 times/min, and IFR 113±32ml/s. These indices were dynamically measured during 150min after anesthesia in 12 cats. The results showed that HR, myocardial contractility and LVSP increased, R-dp/dt_(max) shortened, while CABF. RV and RF decreased after 60min. These function indices have no significant differences between male and female. There were significant correlations between body and HR. LVDP. CVP. IFR, RV. Preload elevated by increasing blood volume not only increased stroke volume but also myocardial contractility.
