西部大开发中的产业结构升级和产业结构优化问题 ,必须根据国家发展规划和西部地区的实际情况 ,科学处理 。
Upgrading and improving of industrial structure in developing the western region must be carried out according to the national development plan and the real conditions in the west of China. It should be scientific and reasonable.
