摘要
文章主要阐述了在企业国际化发展阶段过程中 ,特别是在跨国直接投资中 ,无形资产国际化经营市场规则和法律规定为前提 ,通过直接投资方式、技术贸易方式的业务组合 ,动态描述企业有形商品国际化战略进程中的无形资产国际化经营战略 ;通过对核心技术和能力控制战略、品牌和名牌战略、专利先行战略和服务管理标准化战略等要素组合战略的有机组合 。
In the process of enterprises' internationalization and in transnational direct investment, intangible assets become internationalized according to market operation and laws. The paper describes the internationalization strategy of intangible assets in the process of tangible commodities internationalization by direct investment and technology trade. It analyzes the fictitious process of increasing intangible assets value in the internationalization of intangible assets through core technology strategy, famous brand strategy and other ways.
