现行农村经营体制存在的问题与改革探索

本文对现行农村经营体制中家庭承包经营层次与集体经营层次存在的不适应市场经济的现状进行了深入分析 ,指出了解决问题的根本途径在于体制创新 ,并分别具体地探讨了推行农业适度规模经营、建立新型集体经济组织、以股份合作制对集体经济加以改造和推进农业产业化经营 ,推动农业进行微观经济基础改造和中观层次重组两方面的改革。

This paper thoroughly analyzes the actuality of inadaptability to market economy of countries manage system that includes family managing level and collectivity managing level,and point out that the fundamentality of solving problem consists is system innovation,agricultural microcosmic economy foundation should be changed and medium level should be regrouped.
