目前 ,国有商业银行业务表外化的趋势越来越明显。我们应以我国国有商业银行为视角 ,结合国际银行业的实践经验 ,寻求对我国国有商业银行表外业务进行监管的有益启示 ,构建合理、有效的表外业务的监管框架。

Currently,the trend of activities being off balance sheet in Chinese stated owned commercial banks is becoming more and more obvious.From the point of Chinese stated ownde commercial banks view,drawing on the experience of international banking,we should seek favorable gains about supervision activities on OBSA,and construct reasonable effective supervision framework.
