摘要
本文介绍了企业的两种基本融资方式———内源融资和外源融资的模式及特点并就我国现行融资体制下企业融资基本方式的选择提出了见解。
In this paper,the author states the two essential patterns such as internal financing and external financing and its characteristics.And opinons about coporate financing decision are proposed considering Chinese current financing system.
