玉米小斑病菌C小种毒素的分离纯化新方法

New Method of Study on Isolation and Purification of Bipolaris Maydis Race C Toxin

魏建昆等证实在中国存在玉米小斑病菌C小种。后来,崔洋等提纯了C毒素(HMC-toxin)。通过硅胶柱层析(silica-gel)对C毒素的粗提液进行纯化,并对所纯化的C毒素进行活性检测。结果发现:所得到的C毒素使C细胞质玉米叶片失绿并且严重萎蔫。

Rough extraction ofBipoIaris maydis race C toxin was purified using a silicon gel column chromatograph. The purified toxin was tested on the leaves of N and C cytoplasm. The result showed that C toxin resulted in the yellow leaf and wilting of C cytoplasm.
