利用猪皮浸出液保存解冻后牛颗粒冷冻精液的研究

将猪皮浸出液（俗称猪皮胨）按一定的比例与一般的精液稀释液混合均匀，然后将牛的颗粒冷冻精液按一定稀释倍数稀释于此液中。利用猪皮胨的固态特性迫使精子停止运动，进而降低解冻后精子的代谢活动、达到延长精子存活时间而不丧失受精能力的目的。其中五号保护剂保存精液６０ｈ活力基本不变，六昼夜时活力下降到０．１。
