胚胎干细胞研究进展

摘要 胚胎干细胞最重要的生物学特征是具有发育全能性。要想获得具有发育全能性的胚胎于细胞,必需选择适当胚龄的胚胎和 用正确的分化抑制物。本文从鼠类胚胎于细胞的获得、维持及胚胎干细胞的特征、生物学功能以及其他哺乳动物胚胎干细胞的研 究等方面综述了胚胎干细胞的最新研究成果。 Embryonic stem cells (ES) were very useful biological tools. The developmental pluripotency was their important biological characteristic. Obtention of murine ES, maintenance of murine ES cell lines, the characteristics of ES cells, the potentialities of ES cells, use of ES cells for transgenesis and the development of ES cells in other mammalian of ES cells in other mamalian species were reviewed.
