摘要
在动力堆乏燃料后处理中间试验厂 1A单元工艺条件下 ,对柱径为 12 0mm、自由截面积为2 5%、板段有效高度为 2 575mm的环形折流板和标准喷嘴筛板脉冲萃取柱的性能进行了试验研究。含铀体系的流体力学试验结果表明 :环形折流板和标准喷嘴筛板柱的液泛通量分别为 2 2 9和 1 60cm/s ;处理环形折流板柱的液泛比标准喷嘴筛板柱的快速。传质试验结果表明 :两种柱型的理论级当量高度皆为 70 0mm ,传质单元高度皆为 2 10mm ,铀的萃取率为 99 99% ,但环形折流板柱的可操作区域比标准喷嘴筛板柱的宽。环形折流板柱的性能优于标准喷嘴筛板柱。
The characteristics of ring baffle plates and standard spray sieve plates pulsed columns are studied according to the 1A unit process of spent fuel reprocessing middle factory. A column with 120 mm diameter by 2 575 mm is used. Its cross section area is 25 %. The results from the operating characteristics experiments illustrate that the flooding rate of ring baffle plates column is 2.29 cm/s and the later is 1.60 cm/s, and the flooding can be rapidly handle in ring baffle plates column. The results from mass transfer experiments in uranium system illustrate that equivalent heights of both columns are 700 mm, the heights of mass transfer unit are 210 mm , extraction rates of uranium are 99.99 %, but the operating range of ring baffle plates column is wider. The results show that ring baffle plates column is better than standard spray sieve plates column.
