高加浓铀乏燃料后处理1A槽性能研究

摘要 对高加浓铀乏燃料后处理工艺铀酸体系下的 16级临界安全全逆流混合澄清槽进行工艺设备试验研究。试验确定了满足工艺运行条件的混合澄清槽的几何尺寸、搅拌桨桨型、搅拌转速及搅拌桨高度。在高加浓铀乏燃料后处理工艺条件下 ,所设计的全逆流混合澄清槽可实现有机相连续或水相连续运行 ,运行过程中的各级液面高度均低于 60mm的设计临界安全值 ,级效率高于90 % ,铀回收率大于 99 9%。 Under the uranium and acidity system for the spent fuel reprocessing of high enriched uranium, the experimental study on processing equipment of critical safety 16 stages complete countercurrent mixer settler is completed. Shape of mixing propeller, speed of agitator, position of mixing propeller, and geometry dimension of mixer settler fitted in operation condition are determined experimentally. The designed complete countercurrent mixer settler can continuously operate in water phase and organic phase under the processing condition of the spent fuel reprocessing for high enriched uranium. The height of liquid surface all are lower than the critical safety limit, 60 mm during the operation of mixer settler. Efficiency of stage is better than 90 %, and the recovery of uranium is greater than 99.9 %.
