摘要
研究分析了 4 8m3外冷式隔板冷凝器在成品混合气中的UF6捕集、固态UF6液化、液相UF6转移等单元操作过程中各种影响因素的作用规律 ,探讨了其在UF6生产过程中的使用效果。研究结果表明 :4 8m3外冷式隔板冷凝器具有安全性能好、UF6冷凝装填量大、耗能低的特点 ,适于立式炉氟化反应器、卧式炉氟化反应器成品混合气的收集。该冷凝器的结构简单、运行中性能稳定、连续运行能力强、操作方便、易于控制和调节。
The paper analyses the regularities of all relative factors in the processes of 4.8 m 3 external cooling condenser collecting UF 6, liquidising solid UF 6 and transferring liquid UF 6, and researches the application effect of the condenser in UF 6 producing process. Result shows that the condenser makes feature of higher security, more condensing capacity and less energy consumption,and it adapts collecting mixed product gas in vertical fluoration reactor and horizontal fluoration reactor systems. The condenser has simple structure and steady running characters, it is capable of long time continuous running, and it can be operated, controlled and adjusted very conveniently.
