摘要
以酿酒酵母为指示生物 ,从致死和诱变两方面的剂量效应关系初步探讨低温空气等离子体的遗传毒性 ,得到 15 0W放电功率下低温空气等离子体具有波动性致死效应及较高的诱变效应。 15 0W低温空气等离子体致死作用的这种特殊剂量效应关系使其诱变作用具有对细胞损伤相对较轻的特征。结果反映低温空气等离子体用作一种新型物理诱变剂的有效性和独特性。
This article introduces the genotoxicity of low-temperature air plasma (LTAP), as a new mutagen with safety and non-pollution. With Saccharomyces cerevisiae as the index organism, the genotoxicity of LTAP in the dose-effect relationship of lethality and mutagenesis was discussed. The results showed the survival curve of the treated cells was fluctuating under 150W discharge power of LTAP. This special lethality made the 150W LTAP present exclusive feature of obvious mutagenesis with relatively low damage to treated cell. Our results showed the LTAP, as a new kind of mutagen, was efficient and distinctive.
