人肝中元素含量的中子活化分析研究 被引量:6

摘要 用仪器中子活化分析方法测定了我国天津市 4 7例正常人 (意外死亡 )肝脏中Ca、Cd、Co、Cr、Fe、Mo、La、Sm、Zn等 16种元素的含量。用t检验比较了男、女性肝脏中这些元素含量的差别 ,发现对大多数元素无显著性差异 ,但Cd、Co、Fe、Mo、La、Zn的含量在男、女性肝脏中存在显著或非常显著性差异。将这些测定值与文献报道的国内外不同地区正常人的值进行了比较 ,未发现有明显的异常。还用多元统计分析方法研究了正常人肝脏中不同元素间的相关性 ,并根据不同元素在电子结构、化学性质方面的相似程度及它们在人体中的生理功能等给予一定的解释 ,它可为探索人体内各种微量元素间的内在联系提供有意义的信息。 The contents of 16 elements, including Ca, Cd, Co, Cr, Fe, Mo, La, Sm, Zn etc., in 47 autopsy liver samples collected from normal subjects who had an accidental death within 24 h in Tianjin, China, were measured with instrumental activation analysis. The differences of elemental contents in livers of male and female were compared by means of t -test, no significant difference was found for most of elements determined, except Cd, Co, Fe, Mo, La and Zn. A comparison between our data and those reported from some other areas in the world was made, no anomalous difference was found. The correlation among different elements in human liver was studied with multi-elements statistics. It was found that there was relatively closer correlation among some elements, and they could be reasonably explained by the similarity of electronic structures of the elements and their physiological functions in human body. Some interesting information on the interrelations of the elements in human body could be obtained from the study of elemental correlation.
