详细介绍了秦山三期项目管理中信息系统的建设思路，现状和发展设想，以及工程组织机构的设置及项目管理状况。在例举了几个已在三期各部门之间广泛应用的管理系统后，还描述了三期信息系统在今后１～２年内准备开展的工作，及与调试和生产系统的联接的考虑。
Describes in detail the establishment ideas, status and development plan of information system in Qinshan Phase Ⅲ project management, as well as the setup of project organizations and the status of project management. After giving several examples of management systems widely used among various sectors in Phase Ⅲ, the presentation reviews the work to be undertaken for the Phase Ⅲ information system within one or two years, and the connection with commissioning and production systems.
