摘要
次黄嘌呤鸟嘌呤磷酸核糖转移酶 (HPRT)基因在单基因突变的研究中是一个经典的基因位点。本文概述了 HPRT基因位点突变检测的原理 ,列出了几种检测方法 ,并讨论了影响 HPRT基因突变频率测定的几个因素以及 HPRT基因突变在生物剂量估算中的应用 ,最后与其它辐射生物剂量计进行了比较。
Hypoxanthine guanine Phosphoribosyl Transferase(HPRT) is a classical gene locus in the research of single gene mutation.The principle of HPRT locus mutation detection is summarized and some methods of detection are presented.Some factors influencing measurement of locus mutation frequency are mentioned.The use of HPRT gene mutation in biodose evaluation is also described.The detection technique of HPRT locus mutation is compared with other radiation biodosimetres.
