摘要
利用三维数值模拟方法,对假想无裂纹的单曲率多面壳体模型上极板尺寸发生变化时胀形过程中应力应变的分布、胀形结束后多面壳体的不圆度等进行了计算和比较。结果表明:在桔瓣数目一定的情况下,减少极板尺寸可以降低多面壳体成形过程中应力应变水平,并得到不圆度小的球形容器。
: 3D Numerical Simulation of Finete Element Method (FEM) program is used to calculate and analyse the distribution of stress and strain during hydrobulging,the ovality of single- curvature polyhedron after being hydrobulged while the dimension of polar plate of single- curvature polyhedron without the flaw of imaginary crack changes.The result shows that the dimension′ s decreasing of polar plate can make the level of stress and strain decrease during hydrobulging and the spherial vessels with smaller ovality can gained.
