摘要
对国产细颗粒石墨和粗颗粒石墨在室温、 400℃空气和氦气中的摩擦性能进行了试验。试验发现,摩擦系数随滑动速度的增加而增加,存在临界滑动速度。氦气环境对细颗粒石墨的摩擦系数有影响,对粗颗粒石墨的摩擦系数没有影响。 400℃氦气下,粗颗粒石墨的摩擦系数比室温空气下的摩擦系数小,细颗粒石墨的摩擦系数比室温空气下的摩擦系数大。
: Large grain and fine grain graphite made in China are tested at room temperature and 400℃ ,under air and helium separately.It is found that the friction coefficient increases with the increase of sliding velocity,and there is critical velocity.The change of friction coefficient with load is different for two kinds of graphite.The change of friction coefficient is great for fine grain graphite in helium,but is little for large grain graphite.At 400℃ ,helium condition,the friction coefficient of large grain graphite is greater than at room temperature,air condition.But for fine grain graphite is reverse condition.
