摘要
介绍一种带缓冲电路的新型零电压过渡PWM(ZVT-PWM)软开关BOOST变换器。缓冲电路的加入,使主、辅助开关都能实现软化,减小了开关管的电压和电流应力,提高了整机效率。对电路的工作原理进行了详细分析,推导出了工作过程中各阶段的状态具体表达式,最后进行了仿真分析。并在此基础上进行实验验证,给出实验结果。实验证明,该电路结构简单、效率较高,具有一定的实用价值。
It introduces a new zero voltage transition PWM(ZVT - PWM)soft switching BOOST converter with a snub circuit. By adding a snub circuit, it can realize the soft switching for both main switch and assistant switch, reduce the voltage and the current stress in the switch device and improve the total efficiency. It makes a detail analysis on the operation philosophy and the operation procedure, deduces equations to represent various states for each stage in the operation procedure and makes the emulation analysis. An experiment on the said base has been done to verify it and the test result is shown in the paper. The experiment illustrates that the said circuit is valuable in practice with the simple structure and high efficiency.
